CONSTRUCTION
Square Lock Construction is highly flexible steel conduit made by helical winding of cold rolled annealed and pinch passed mild steel strips with sheared edges. All sizes made are of Outside Diameter followed by British Standard & mostly used in UK, Dubai, Qatar & Muscat. Galvanized steel strip is used where high corrosion resistance and long life for the conduit is required. These conduits are used for applications where high flexibility is needed.

Easy installation to follow contours.
Galvanized zinc coating won’t flake or peel
Strip width for conduits below 32 -10mm & above 32 -14mm
Strip thickness varies from 0.20mm - 0.30mm for different quality
As low pressure hose in industrial domestic air conditioning and ventilation systems
As mechanical protection for insulated electrical cables and wires which may be exposed to normal atmospheric conditions
